Dagenham midfielder Harlee Dean looks set to leave the club and could join Southampton following a successful trial with the League One promotion favourtites. Dean, 18, who spent time on loan at Grays last season, has already rejected the offer of a new contract with the Daggers. The youngster got his name on the scoresheet as Southampton cruised to a 4-1 friendly victory over Winchester last week before featuring in the clash against Havant & Waterlooville, and he will now be hoping to earn himself a deal with the club. Daggers manager Still told the Barking and Dagenham Post: "He's out of contract and he's under 24. We've made him an offer, which he rejected and he's seeing what other options are out there for him. If he wants to go then I want him to go."
