Southampton defender Radhi Jaidi feels Saturday's eagerly-anticipated south-coast derby against Bournemouth can kick-start his side's season. Saints meet the Cherries in the league for the first time in 50 years looking to build on their solid, if unspectacular, start to life under new boss Nigel Adkins. "It's important that we're playing at home with the crowd behind us on Saturday," said Jaidi. "It is a big game so we will be trying our best to win it as the three points are very important for us, and we will continue to work hard after that to get more points on the board. "We need to concentrate on our jobs to do well at the weekend."
