Southampton winger Lee Holmes is set to miss the rest of the season after suffering an ankle injury in the FA Cup win over Cheltenham. Defender Jose Fonte serves a one-match ban, while Frazer Richardson and Rickie Lambert are both in contention after limping out of the Cheltenham win.
