Cheltenham manager Mark Yates has no new injury or suspension worries ahead of the trip to Southampton.
Loanees Marlon Pack, Robin Shroot and Shaun Jeffers are available after playing for the Robins in round one.
Cheltenham manager Mark Yates told BBC Points West: "It's not going to be the easiest of games. Southampton are a quality team, it will be tough but is one that we're looking forward to.
Cheltenham ready for step up - Yates
"We want to be positive and whatever way we set up will be to take the game to them. We're not a team to sit back and soak things up. We want to go and make an impression and the boys want to show themselves in a good light.
"Southampton will get promotion out of their league. They're strong, they're organised, they play good football, they've got loads of pace, they've got people who score goals, they're dangerous at set pieces.
"But the FA Cup's about underdogs. It's about upsets. We've got to play at our maximum, hope that they're not quite at it and you never know what might happen."
